HELIUM (He)

  1. Helium is the chemical element of atomic number 2, an inherent gas that happens to be the lightest and Liquid Helium used as a coolant.
  2. The process of “Healing Them”— yourself, past selves, parents, grandparents, friends, peers, community, future children and theirs. Healing generational trauma and creating emotional wealth within them. 

In 2017 | lost my dad to bipolar disorder and self-inflicted Diabetic Ketacidosis (DKA). Shortly after I was diagnosed with Major Depression Disorder (MDD) and Anxiety, which caused me to start Hydiahemerald Ilc. Hydiahemerald is my way of helping myself heal without "medicine", and hopefully help someone else find their way out of the chaos too.
